| Overhand Throw (Top Left) 1. Gently sway basket forward. 2. As the basket retreats backwards, increase its momentum speed. 3. Allow the basket to arch in a circular motion. 4. As the basket rises over your head, let go of the release tab at a 45° angle. |

| How to hold the Go-Sling™ 1. Allow sling to hang freely. 2. Place the “finger loop” around the tip of your middle finger. 3. Gently pinch the “release tab” between your fore finger and thumb. |
